Husband and I got sandwiches and a salad on Saturday, woke up at 2am with terrible stomach cramps and chills that resulted in 2 days of severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and dehydration. It was the only thing in common that we ate and no one else is sick but us.

Chicken Wrap Illness Report

Started with fever, body aches, chills, diarrhea and vomiting within 30 mins of eating a grilled chicken wrap and garlic ramcj. Been sick in bed with all symptoms all night. Terrible. May need to go to the doctor.
