My daughter ate there mid to late april and got very sick with food poisoning. we now ate there the same location AGAIN may 12th and it happened AGAIN! this location is doing something wrong!

Chicken Biscuit Illness Report

I stopped here before work, at around 7:30 AM, and got an original chicken biscuit, was nauseated and feverish within 2-3 hours. Came home around 2:00 PM feeling awful, and it is now 2:30 AM, I’m up in the middle of the night, still sick as dog. I can hardly keep water down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had chicken nuggets and fries at the Chick-fil-A on north May in Oklahoma City on Friday, April 28th, and got food poisoning. I started to feel bad about an hour after eating and have been very sick for 3 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
