On 06/24/2024 I ate at the Beltway 8 and west road chic fil a location. I ordered a spicy deluxe meal. After eating it I felt nauseous and had a strong headache. I soon began to throw up and I was on the toilet for hours. Pain went on for a whole two days. I was so weak after.
