I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a cherry coke and a large ores milkshake yesterday for dinner around 5.25pm and my stomach hasn’t been the same since I’ve been stooling watery and frequently all night and this morning and I’m very nauseous  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
