Food Safety Reports: Chili's Grill & Bar, Westfield Drive, St. Peters, MO, USA

Husband and I ate dinner there 6 days ago. We both experienced gas and diarrhea afterwards. I have had diarrhea for 6 days and it has become bloody in the last two days. The only items we both had were broccoli and lettuce. I'm on 2 different strong antibiotics now in hopes of clearing it up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
