Egg Rolls Cause Illness

My husband ordered a to go order for the Southwestern egg rolls last night. They came 3 in a small to go containers. Over night I dealt with stomach bloating and woke up to feeling nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. It's the only thing I ate.
