Yesterday I had lunch special salad and chicken enchiladas. I was sick within 45 minutes after dining there. I got severely sick for the last 24 hours and still trying to recover. Having chills, body aches and weak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache, Weakness
