Burger Meal Causes Illness

Had food around 12pm EST, had a sweet and smoky burger with fries. Started feeling ill about 8pm EST, nauseating feeling with heartburn, then eventually led to chills and fever and vomiting and diarrhea now for two days with no appetite.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Loss of Appetite, Heartburn
