Felt violently ill after eating chipotle that I ordered on 28/04/26. Constant vomiting accompanied by fever and chills which then slowed down and turned into diarrhea and headache. Lost one day of work  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
