My boyfriend got a chicken bowl last night and within a few hours became increasingly nauseous. As the night went on, he had chills, a headache, and vomiting with diarrhea. I am experiencing light stomach cramping from my food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Cramps
