Chicken, Cheese & Chips Illness

I ordered a double wrapped chicken burrito, a riceless/beanless chicken bowl, and a large chips and queso. My mother and I have been vomiting, sweating and having the worse case of diarrhea in 12+ years. The only things in common between our meals were the chicken, the cheese and the chips & queso.
