I had a salad, carnita meat. 3 days ago. It’s the only thing that I ate that my family did not. They ate elsewhere. I have never felt worse in my life. Diarrhea, fever, chills. Dizzy upon standing. I missed 2 days of work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills, Dizziness
