At lunch at chipotle at around 1pm on on December 4, 2017. Hours later I was on the toilet . It lasted for 5 days and I’m still not the same. Missed days of work. My wife had something else and was fine. It had to have been the chicken!

Migraine, Nausea After Bowl

Had chicken bowl Thursday 15 for lunch. In town for work. By 3 am Friday I began to have a painful headache like a migraine. Became nausea and sick. I have felt bad all weekend and still am in bed today.
