Chicken Meal Causes Illness

Got the chicken since I'm trying to cut down on red meat. About 4 hours after eating, I vomited until it was just bile, had diarrhea until it was just water, and have cramps that feel like an actual chicken is trying to escape my stomach. Still stuck on the toilet as of 1 am the same night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bile
