Chicken Bowl Causes Illness

Ordered chicken bowl to go. About 6 hours later felt nauseous and fever and chills. Same during sleep. In the morning vomiting and diarrhea started. Been going on for 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
