Unsanitary Kitchen, Severe Illness

Ate churches chicken connected to the gas station. Currently on my way to the hospital. It was insanely unsanitary in the kitchen and I didn’t realize it till I was leaving and a few of the employees made comments about how gross the fryer was. Worst food poisoning of my life. Definitely suing.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Gas
