My 6 year old son and I went in to eat on a Friday after school. Today we both woke up with a sharp cramp and diarrhea. I asked him where he hurt and he touched the same spot as where I hurt. When I walk it feels like something is pulling my inside.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
