Last night I am The first vomitous was the food itself. Me and my wife are affected. I bought a shepherd's pie at Costco yesterday and all of us who ate at home are vomiting and diarrhea.

We bought dungenrss crabs here today, started eating the and noticed the shell was slimy and sticky, so we stopped eating, but it seems like the little we ate was enough to make us sick

Fly Found in Salad

My boyfriend bought a Cesar's salad from food court and after eating almost 95% of the whole salad that had been mixed with the dressing we found a big dead fly mixed with all the lettuce and dressing. I inmediatley vomited and now, 1 hour later, I am already feeling nausea.
