Food Safety Reports: Costco Wholesale, District Avenue, Charlottesville, VA, USA

A group of about 8 friends had precut fruit from Costco on a Wednesday night 4/18 and we all started to noticed symptoms 1-3 days later. I had upset stomach, nausea, chills, weakness. Others has vomiting and inability to keep foods down. Symptoms are lasting 3-4 days so far.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Chills
