I ordered a chicken bake for lunch at Costco, a few hours later I started having an upset stomach, diarrhea, fever, headache, the chills & I vomited this morning out of no where. Note: after I ate at Costco I didn’t eat anything else for the rest of the day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills
