I ate a chicken pork chop lunch special with squash, and I had an appetizer queso with chips. That is all I ate yesterday. Started feeling sick around 6 pm and I have been sick since. I have had the runs/ headache and I haven’t been able to keep anything down since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache
