Beef Steak Causes Vomiting

Today, Beef steak I am vegetarian, and perfectly fine. My daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old granddaughter has eaten the grass fed beef steak around 6.15pm and they have all started vomiting just after midnight and still vomiting and it’s nearly 2.00am
