Ate chicken and dumplings on June 6th. 5 hrs. Later was the sickest I have ever been in my life. Had to stay at hotel an extra night., It was the only thing I had eaten that day. 5 hours and illness came on like a freight train.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
