Severe Pizza Illness Symptoms

Had 2 slices of meat pizza for lunch around 1:00p.m by 7p.m that night I had severe cramping and diarrhea. Wednesday was horrible with vomiting cramps couldn't stay off toilet. Today is Thursday I'm still having diarrhea and extremely exhausted and very dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
