I got sick after eating a steak quesadilla. I had nothing to eat before I eat my steak quesadilla from here. around an hour later I started to feel some stomach pains. it is now five hours later and I have projectile vomited multiple times, I still have stomach pains but they’re worse and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
