Runny PB Causes Illness

I got a Large Royal Reese's Brownie Blizzard. The peanut butter in the middle was extremely runny. I'm not sure if it sat out too long or what. I got home and 10 minutes later I was cramping and felt naustious. 6 am I woke up with bad diarrhea and puking.
