Ordered sausage and biscuits with gravy, eggs over medium. Delivered by Doordash. Within 4 hours, I had abdominal cramping and nausea. Then came intense vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night, with fever, muscles aches and headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Muscle Pain
