March 30th through today Shrimp cocktail Ate the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. Four hours later I started with sever stomach and ab pain. Then vomiting, fatigue, headache started. The next day I had diarrhoea and still felt terrible.

Ate at outdoor dining on 12/11/2020 had a filet mignon medium rare. Woke up at 3am and vomited and had diarrhea for the next 5 hours.
