I ate egg whites and spinachand a bolw of fruit.and since that dayI started to get sickI started with stomach cramping and then diarrhea chillsheadachesfever over 101so I ended in the ERwith salmonella  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Chills
