I am not sure. I ate the steak dinner with mash potatoes and corn and had some water So on Friday i threw up and diarreah had nauseous got dehydrated and went to Dr and she said i had e coli and was dehydrated i am on antibiotics now.It happened a week ago on Thursday July 1st at around 9 pm,

also diarrhea, I ate at Dennys at around 10:30p . We ordered nachos and fried steak. At 3am I woke up and feel like vomiting and had uncontrollable diarrhea until the next day. Sunday was frequent diarrhea. Today monday mild diarrhea. My coworker told me she got sick to
