Frozen Alfredo Causes Illness

About two hours after eating a Marie Calendars frozen chicken Alfredo I got a horrible splitting headache which didn't go away after two ibuprofen.
I also had nausea but not strong enough for vomiting.
Took a Prilosec and nausea is still there but greatly reduced.
