Are pepperoni pineapple pizza and almost instantly didn’t feel good. Felt like I was going to puke most of the night until I woke up at 2am puking. My husband felt fine with his sausage and pepperoni pizza though.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
