Sunday night, 4/16/2023. This location. 4 pieces of deep dish sausage and pepperoni. Order on 4/16/2023 at approximately 5:45 p.m. Started feeling a pain and cramping in my stomach a few hours later. Spent the whole night with vomiting, diarrhea, pain and a 101 fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
