Food Safety Reports: Domino's Pizza, Nottingham Road, Syracuse, NY, USA

Ate their pepperoni pizza last night. Awakened this morning, chills, diarrhea, stomach cramping, and abdominal pain.  I’m the only one who ate pepperoni pizza and the only one to get sick. Symptoms started about 4 hours after eating the pizza and is continuously present now.
