12 hours after eating a thin crust, bbq bacon pineapple pizza from dominos, I became extremely ill with all the stomach issues listed. My partner, who had a different pizza without bbq, bacon, or pineapple as their toppings, is okay.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
