Mushroom and pineapple pizza not properly cooked. Mushrooms unwashed and raw, dough raw and cheese not melted. Very very sick a few hours later. Had nothing else to eat that day except the three chocolate lava cakes that also come with the order.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
