After the Dominos pizza and salad arrived, I ate 2 slices and salad.30 minutes later my stomach was feeling weird then I had diarrhea started sweating and vomiting at same time

Deep Dish Pizza Illness

Ate 2 pieces of deep dish pepperoni bacon and cheddar deep dish pizza. After about 4 hours I became very nauses and have been projectile vomiting and diareah.
