Went over to a friend’s house and shared a dominos Thursday night with no other food shared. The Saturday following me (who lives separately) and the friends I was meeting were very ill. We shared no other food bar the pizza and have not eaten anything else…

We think it was the chicken not the garlic pizza, Both of us are the same and were ill within an hour. We had had beans on toast at 11AM at home and that was all.
