Ordered 2x pizza & 2x garlic bread for me and my son 8.12.22 Woke up 3am 9.12.22 with intense stomach cramps, blood in diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea. Illness has lasted all day, had to leave work early and my son has been sent home from school after vomiting in class  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
