Pepperoni Pizza Illness

Ate pepperoni pizza with banana peppers at around 8pm. Felt very bloated and eventually feverish after eating up until going to bed at around 11pm, and then woke up almost puking at 2am with a stomach pain and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Bloating, Stomach Pain
