The pizza that's all I had to eat that day I haven't ate much since then and keep throwing up like stomach acid and any water I drink some I can keep down if I try hard

Veggie Pizza, Buffalo Sub Illness

Ordered veggie pizza with pineapple and no mushrooms and a buffalo chicken sub. Ate some of both and got sick 2 hours later with stomach cramps and diarrhea
