My husband became very ill on our second day at Dreams !! bad stomach cramps and diarrhea I was also unwell with diarrhea, we couldnt pin point what had caused the problem we had various foods at the buffett , ice cream and salad was top of
our list, we also spoke to 5 other people with sickness and diarrhea, my husband was off his food and not right for the rest of the holiday and also when we returned home for many days.

Travel companion got sick on the 3rd day of our visit. She could no longer eat, we both returned home with a bad cough, that continued still slightly exist. She started treating what she thought was gas, with no relief. By the 3rd week of our return

Me, my wife, our baby und a companion got sick after staying one week. I had to spend two days in bed. The others only had nausea and diarrhea. It took two weeks for symptoms to subside.

I stayed at the resort in April 2019 and got sick towards the end of my 4 day stay with nausea and diarrhea. It took two weeks for symptoms to subside.

Le Cartet Inc. has issued a recall for various products due to the undeclared presence of wheat, sulphites, and soy. The recall was announced in collaboration with the MAPAQ and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. The products that are the subject of this
warning were offered for sale only at the company Le Cartet inc., located at 106 McGill Street, Montreal, QC, Canada. As of now, no cases of allergic reactions associated with the consumption of these foods have been reported to MAPAQ.
The affected products include "Chicken Fried Rice" (350g), "Tuna Tataki Salad Quinoa" (450g), "Crab Cake with Tartar Sauce Grilled Vegetables" (400g), and "Teriyaki Chicken Salad" (325g). All lots of these products are included in the recall. The products were sold in plastic containers and refrigerated. All lots including the label do not include any mention of the presence of allergens.
People who are sensitive to the allergens mentioned in this recall notice are advised not to consume the recalled products. They must return it to the establishment where they bought it.

I swallowed some sharp plastic particles that was in ocean mist romaine hearts .I was able to remove some but some got stuck in my throat.Very sharp plastic and I washed lettuce before eating.Must be in the leaves. Ocean mist farms Romaine hearts had sharp plastic particles
in it .I washed it but didn’t notice until I eat it and swallow some lettuce leaves I felt something sharp and hard in my mouth and removed it then there was more sharp plastic particles in it.I ate few leaves before I noticed it.I have some discomfort down my esophagus now and something foreign in the back of my throat.These particles very sharp and may cut and perforate my esophagus I m afraid..

Shawnee Milling Company of Shawnee, Oklahoma is recalling 5 lb.Food Club brand All Purpose Flour with Best if Used by date 03/07/2025, because it may contain undeclared milk and egg. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs or milk run the risk of serious
or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. The recalled Food Club All Purpose Flour was distributed retail stores in Ohio and New York. As of Feb. 6, 2024, the FDA reported receiving adverse events associated with use of Nurse Assist products and is further evaluating this information. Avanos has not been directly contacted with any reported adverse events.

without almost vomiting along with severe diarrhea and stomach pain. It's got to be the soup. Everything else I ate and drank was fine, until I ate the soup.
