Weird Sandwich Causes Illness

After eating the sandwich, which tasted slightly weird and looked a dark color for the meat, i felt okay for an hour then began burping it up and had heartburn for hours. I got nauseous at night. Now it’s the next day and I’m in full force food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Heartburn, Burping
