Had soft beef tacos with lettuce at and 3 hours later got broke out in cold sweat vomited followed by diarrhea, stomach cramps., I am only one sick and only one who ate soft beef tacos with lettuce. Started approximately 3 hours after eating. Extremely nauseated and painful abdominal cramping.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Sweating
