Avocado Sauce Illness Alert

I ordered a chicken meal with green avocado sauce on the side. As soon as I started consuming the green avocado sauce I began having stomach pain & feeling nauseous. I could not finish the meal because I had bouts of intense diarrhea. Please check the sauce for bacteria.
