Turkey Bacon Ranch. Tasted fine until tasting it again at 2:30 am. In retrospect, I wasn't feeling well after the last time I ate it either, but didn't have any severe reaction like today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
