Had Five Guys from Plaza location (Commonwealth Ave delivered by UberEats) for dinner 3 hours ago. Ordered Bacon Cheeseburger and Cajun Fries. Heavy stomach cramping first that turned into severe diarrhea and vomiting multiple times going on now for over an hour.
