Food Safety Reports: Five Guys, West Town Square Way, Oak Creek, WI, United States

Burger, sauteed onions, mushrooms, bbq sauce, mayo and fries. 3ish hours later symptoms began. Ended up in the ER around midnight with nonstop stomach cramping and pains. They diagnosed it as food poisoning. I didn't eat dinner bc of sickness so 5 guys was the only thing that could have caused it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
