I got a bacon burger (two patties) with a number of toppings (ketchup, onions, mushrooms, pickles, mayo) ~4 hours ago. Within the last 30 minutes symptoms have onset, including light nausea, sharp gastrointestinal pains, and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Nausea
