Family Ill Post-Thanksgiving Meal

Thanksgiving night we went as a family and I got symptoms starting the next morning of diarrhea and vomiting and my boyfriend also got it last night from Fogo de Chao Might have been from salad bar. Not sure. These are two cases - myself and my boyfriend  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Turkey Salad Bar Illness

Went for Thanksgiving Thursday night Nov. 28 th. Woke up with severe stomach pains & have been vomiting all day and also have diarrhea. I was the only one in our group of five to have the turkey at the salad bar. I have been nauseous and sick all day and it is still continuing.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
